Notes
I started at the 4.0 SE marker hole and hoped for a BWO hatch but nothing ever materialized. I think it was too nice weather-wise. I did okay nymphing at that hole. After 1 1/2 hours or so I walked down and someone was fishing the 3.8 SE marker hole so I continued down to the powerline hole. I caught 4 whitefish, had several other hits, and had what felt like a very big fish on. He made one run and pulled free.
The 3.4 SE marker hole is real nice - 1-3' deep riffles and drop into a deep pool at the bend. I caught 3 trout nymphing there, all small, and had one 12" or so get off. Then I caught 2 dry fly fishing in the bend and missed a few other hits.
Real nice day outside.
