Notes

Launched on the Octoraro River, about 1/2 mile up from mouth. On way down the Octoraro, we caught nice sunnys, small bass, perch and dan caught a shad. The susquehanna was pretty good. Fish were jumping all over. There were rock areas where you can get off the kayak and fish from. I caught the striper and walleye off the rocks in a eddie at tail water. I snagged the carp at he shoreline. It seemed like at any time someone could hook onto something big.
As we returned to the bridge where we launched, rain just started to fall. That night at the camper, we were hit with a good thunderstorm.
