Notes
The Stone was low, slow, and cloudy. It was easy to wade and to fish the deeper holes. The smallmouth bass were all small fish with the biggest one about 8-9 inches long. One left over brown trout which was almost the last fish I caught this morning and it was about 11 inches long. It really didn't seem all that stressed but I'm sure it will be since we are going to have the hottest week of the summer so far coming this week. The biggest fish of the day were a couple of fall fish that were 13-14 inches long. It was a slow easy morning on the stream and I didn't have to drive any where to enjoy it.
