Notes

I went to thr lake today to see if the Bass were still responding to rubber worm near any submerged wood . They were but slow. in or around deeper water 5-10 feet deep. I have been nailing the bass here on a loose wobble crank bait for the last week or two and I was getting tierd of catching fish on cranks so I only came with a hand full of worms and a couple 1/8 oz. bullet waits. Although I only landed 2 fish I had bites slowly throughout the day and hooked and lost 4 other fish. If I was looking to catch more fish I would have brought the cranks with me I'm sure that they would still be productive, but I acheved what I wanted to do and had a great time doing it. My buddie tried a floating rat-l-trap but I don't think it went deep enogh for this time of year . He also tried a spinner bait with no luck either.
