Notes
cook and i fished the s. fork snake for two days, one guy on sticks, one on rod. i will not go into detail with the stats because the fishing was so slow. basically, most fish were taken on a copper john dropper, or a zebra midge. i nailed a nice cut, 15/16 inches, on a BWO. No action on streamers, though other folk with us fishing streamers caught some fish. the action seemed to pick up about 2/3 o'clock, with risers, but rarely podding fish. It was beautiful though the fishing was slow. rise, fish swami, rise....

Good to see you leaving a fishing log, Eric! It's too bad the fishing was so slow - you would think that this time of year the fishing would be solid. Did you see any October Caddis out and about?
