Notes

Just a quick trip to teach Keshia how to fly fish. We tried going to Spring Valley, but it was free fishing day and that place was PACKED! I've never seen so many people there.

Moose Creek Reservoir was also packed.

We ended up going to the East Fork of the Potlatch River. The fish are small, but they're pretty easy to catch and not too picky about what fly you use. It's actually a pretty good place to teach someone to fly-fish because they don't have to get much line out, the drift doesn't have to be perfect, and they can still catch a few fish even if they're small.

We caught fish both on the surface and with nymphs under a water balloon indicator. I didn't fish much. I mostly just tried to help Keshia catch something.
