killed the skunk today. There were hatches of midges, olives, march browns, and I had 4 different golden stones on the back of my neck. surface feeding was very erratic. I almost got one on an olive soft hackle floating dry but pulled it out before the swallow. hooked a nice one on a sz 18 nymph and he wriggled off.
