Notes
I arrived after what I expect was a decent BWO hatch from solidly overcast skies. still no fish landed yet on the middle D this year. more lessons learned today: take the time and tie knots correctly. I lost a nice fish to a poorly tied knot on a sz18 gold ribbed hares ear. lost a second fish due to not setting the hook well on a downstream presentation. the small hares ear was the only thing I got strikes on.
