fished with dan, but he did no good, lots of bites, but no hook ups. kim and i had a blast. took us 20 minutes or so to find them, but once we did, we stayed put. we fished minnows 2-3 feet deep from the brush all the way back to the bank. kim caught a 10 inch crappie 2 feet from the bank. we used my genz worm model on a 2/0 gold mustad hook. what a difference on the hook set. last year we lost tons of crappie this years with the switch have only lost about 4.
