Notes

There were several groups of fisherman in the crapper hole when we first arrived at the river. It seemed like a lot of people for a thursday evening. Does anybody work anymore?
Fished a nice long slow pool upstream from the crapper hole. Lots of lazy fish rising every 30 seconds to a minute. Jason caught a couple, but nothing consistant. The group fishing the top portion of the hole seemed frustrated as well given the quanity of fish rising and not catching many fish. I think they were in the better spot as we were fishing the tailend of all the rishing fish. At about 9:15 we headed down stream to find more fish, tried a new spot without any success before moving down to the rock garden.

It was nearly dark when we reached the Rock Garden. There were a few fish rising but nothing crazy. We did get in the middle of a huge caddis hatch. There must have been 20 or 30 that were landing on me at any given time. I took a nasty spill in the top of the rapids.
