Was dangling small brass firetiger kastmaster lure over the side as we were merrily drifting along having a bit of a break. Suddenly my rod bent over double and line started plealing out, almost lost Okuma rod as the Berkley rod holder tilted down wards too. guess I didn't have the tilt adjustment knob tight enough.
Line got pulled into the propeller and ate a bunch of my line. I also lost my lure.
Winds in the morning was from the south, then came from the north in the afternoon.
