Notes

Had a group of 6 people out this weekend at Mtn View and had a great time. Best fishing was on fly rods though we tried many different things and caught fish on most stuff. Black leeches and small dark scuds or mayfly nymphs. Coves on the West side seemed to have more fish. We caught fish as small as 11" and as big as 21" with the average in the 15-16 inch range. Fish didn't seem to fight very hard in the cold water, but some jumpers and we had two kids out that just had a blast reeling them in. One fish almost ripped the rod out of the hands of our youngest angler :)
