Notes
Great day on the river. Waded across to the north side, which at 1,000 cfs is a little dicey. Caught the first fish (15") on my second or third cast in Tim's Hog Farm, caught the second one at the end of the same hole about 2 hours later, and caught the big one in the rapids below the turn near the end of the day.
Fish were somewhat selective and I saw several look at the fly but turn away. Large caddis flies were on the river all day, so they might have been keying on those.
