Notes

Man, Allouette lake has changed, Restaurant on the road is no longer there, I remembered it had no hot water. There's now four speed bumps one right after another at gate of park. met a park ranger at the launching ramp, told me the narrows was the original lake, then they built the dam and flooded up to what you see today. supposedly there is train tracks, old train cars, skidders and other logging equipment down there. they also dump 4500 pounds of manure into the lake every year.
