USGS 13192200 SF BOISE RIVER AT NEAL BRIDGE NR ARROWROCK DAM ID
Raining to start, been light rain all morning. Clear skies following me down to the river. Sky cleared up just as I hit the river.
Water slightly stained but looked good for some nymphing. Low, perfect flows. Hiked down ~1/4 mile to usual spot but by the time I got there the water had turned silty and coffee colored - must have been a slide further up and pretty much closed down the river.
Packed it up and headed out.
