USGS 13186000 SF BOISE RIVER NR FEATHERVILLE ID
Took Declan up here during the height of the river blow-outs on advice of John at Anglers.
Water was latte everywhere, no fish, no visibility. I caught the one where a tiny (clear) creek ran into the river and the water less-stained. Otherwise, it was a bust.
