Notes

Put in above burnt ranch rapids on Friday night and headed down the river until we made camp. I started fishing at about 5:30 the next morning and it was non stop action on whatever I tried (all were small). I would stop at each rapid and fish the back eddies with a clouser minnow and cone head wooly bugger. There were a lot of people on the river and the water seemed to be stained with visability to about three feet. To make the fishing a bit more challenging, I switched to top water which really seemed to work well as the sun began to go down.
