Notes
USGS 13192200 SF BOISE RIVER AT NEAL BRIDGE NR ARROWROCK DAM ID
Water was low - very low.
Fished at the rock face up to boulders. Used streamer, Spuddler. Caught one, had 2 more come off. Seemed to hit on the swing. Used various retrieves, didn't seem to matter. Got one on the drift, other two stripping downstream, during drift.
Tried nymphing with rubber leg and pheasant tail combo and prince/ hare's ear with no luck.
Also tried black muddler with red accents but no luck - wasn't very enthusiastic and didn't try long, getting late in day.
Saw one rise on river and a few more looking down on river on way back. Did have #22-24 midge hatch but didn't switch out - didn't want to re-leader whole rig.
