Notes

The fish were clearly actively feeding at the headwaters of the pool
Water level was up 1-2ft on all previous trips so we had to take the right hand access route heading downriver
Bass were smaller than usual, but the cod were biting well
Caught my cod on the troll going against the current slowly - this was after repeated casting and slow rolling and lift/pause retrieves
All fish were caught on the troll
Cod were in excellent condition and looked great
Plenty of wildlife - platypus, black swans etc
Half moon, coming into full moon
Small tides
