Waxing cresent moon
Soft plastic squidgy fish in gold/black 55mm size got two solid strikes but did not connect
caught my biggest rainbow trout to date on a small rainbow trout x-rap
Sharni lost a fish on a green/gold coloured Rapala CD5 with single hook (took it at her feet around 8am)
Lots of fog early and steep sides to the river, made fishing stay good until about 1030am
Only took two rods, fish count would have been higher otherwise
