Notes
All trout were caught below a sandbar that splits the river, ca. 1000 yards past the bridge. The water was relatively fast, and about 4 feet deep at its deepest level. Side roll cast-upstream mend-feed slack technique worked well in this fast water. Trout were striking SJW at almost every dead drift presentation.
