Notes
Overall a slow night on SFB. No hatch at all except for some light midge activity. Finally landed a nice rainbow by deep nymphing the edge of a fast, deep run. Had 3 other fish on, one of which was definitely a rainbow. Could not tell what the other 2 lost fish were.

That is the exact setup I use to nymph the SFB. This time of year the fish will move into the pocket water to eat stonefly nymphs. It works wonders!
