Notes

USGS 13185000 BOISE RIVER NR TWIN SPRINGS ID
Went up thru Edna Creek.
Water was gin-clear, fish were aggressive. Watched Lisa miss 5 on one cast! She probably missed ~20, I missed ~10. The fish attacked the hoppers and alot of times missed the hook.
It was hot but perfect for wet-wading. Fished this one spot ~1/4 mile of the river.
Fished the deep green pools for the big ones, got alot of the brookies in the boulder field tho Lisa did get one nice bow there.
Surprising amt of traffic but no big deal.
Need to head farther upstream next time and maybe check out some of the feeder creeks I saw on map.
Love the Upper Middle Fork in August!
