Notes

Started out cloudy, light wind, cold and drizzly. I hooked a small bow on the wooly bugger, likely bit outof frustration a watching it go by so often.
Then as we were finishing some burgers, the front blew over, the sun came out and the water started boiling with the hatch.
The hatch was so large that the dead bugs were piled around our legs. It was difficult to see strikes on your fly because of the boiling of the water everywhere. cast-pull-miss, cast-pull-miss ...
Both Bob and John concentrated on single fish and eventually brought them in - both over 24 inches. They beamed like kids at Disney World.
After the rain, the Owyhee desert bloomed with it's usual colors and treated us to a gorgeous sunset.
