Notes
Top water frenzy!. First cast - 14"bow. The fish were literally jumping out of the water hitting the hatch. They got a little finicky at the end - seemed to be hitting film bugs but I still kept knocking them out.
Lost a lot of flies to the bushes. Acces was VERY hard. The bankside growth was enormous. One access point really and took some difficult casting not to catch the growth on backcast. Fished from bank, might have been better with waders.
Tried the sunny side (easier casting) of the river but no takers, fish seemed to like that middle channel, shady, bottom of a flue.
Great Malad day.
