USGS 13148500 LITTLE WOOD RIVER NR CAREY ID
Just stopped by to scope it out for the next day but couldn't resist tossing a few casts.
The level and flow was perfect.
Of course, minnow city but did have one strike from about a 6-7 incher but missed it.
Like the Big Lost earlier that day, I think the fish were down and skittish from the run-off.
Did see my first other fisherman in the years I've fished there. Said there's a good beatis hatch later in evening. But, after a long day, I booked out before it showed.
