Notes
Travel rod with hair rig and Uncle Josh carp bait. It is effectively impossible to keep this stuff from falling off every single cast. It was effective last May at Quannapowitt un-weighted and cast less than 20ft, but it has been incredibly frustrating since. No bobber stoppers - minor - and, busted baiting needle - major. Horrible gusty wind.
Cast a curly tail and Mini-King with little expectation of early season success . . .
