Two days of sleet, snow and cold have covered most of the pond in skim ice.
One clear spot about 30ft diameter was all that was accessible to my spinnerbait.
I used the Humminbird after watching 2 v-shaped wakes as I approached the water. No activity on the fish-finder and, of course, no bites . . .
