Notes
We hit the spot that we were at when i got my northern on the jigging rod. It was a little slow for a while, a few small perch. We saw some guys take down their shack and leave, so I went over to try out their holes. They were on a school of perch and they immediately started hitting on my small jigging shad rap with a wax worm. I could barely get my bait down before I'd have another one on my hook. We ended up with about 10 decent sized perch for eating.
We cleaned them the way the video shows how to clean a perch in 10 seconds. Fried them up for dinner and they were delicious. I marked the honey hole on my GPS. We'll hit that spot again....maybe for some walleye next time!
