Notes
Barometer was steady for about first 45 minutes & then rose up to 30.2 during last hour or so.
Fish caught in 4-4.5' depths in ledge trenches & on along drop of rocky flat that tops out at about 2' along river right edge of stream going upstream
THis is a known winter area, actually the downstream end of deeper area
Best action occurred during first hour when barometer was steady. As barometer rose, the bite shut off and we only got a few bites. But big fish at 16.75" came about 9 on flat edge right after cast.
