Notes
Very active in morning - hooked and lost 2, one at the net. All on dry fly.
Went very quiet, as sun got up. Tried everything. Local expert went home early. He caught at least 2 on lures. Other 4 anglers caught nothing.
In retrospect, I feel that I should I used a finer tippet. Mine was 7.9lb 21mm. They approached the flies but left it alone from mid morning onwards,
