Notes
Very hot, swarms of mosquitos. I struck out here for a couple of reasons - time of day, unaware of special tactics needed on the stream, brand new rod outfit, and likely a lot attributed to my inexperience. It was quite humbling. However, I wasn't the only one skunked that day. At the end of the day, I sat and watched (obvious) tourists splash, cuss, flail, and even fall in this mecca for flyfishing. Even a rookie like me just shook my head.
