Notes
River was still running high, but still on overall drop since beginning of week. Specifically dropping this morning.
Started fishing around downstream end of island, typical rising water spot. But nothing.
Moved up to few mid-river ledge rocks that was still above water. Usual ones showing during summer still under water. ONly fish caught at top of ledge rock eddy, right next to rock. Hit spinnerbait when reeling into eddy right behind rock after casting to top right of rock.
Fish was in typical falling water spot, back into mid-river location
