Notes
I arrived Thursday afternoon around 3pm and started fishing my way up from Bungalow. It was barely starting to sprinkle when I arrived and I saw 5+ October caddis flying about as I walked down to my first fishing hole. There were these somewhat larger, mahogany colored mayflies hatching as well. The trout were rising pretty steadily and I hooked a big fish of 15" within half an hour on a #10 orange stimulator. I was using various #16 dry flies as droppers and hooked a few fish that way as well. From the first hole I caught perhaps 7 or 8 fish with 15-20 rises. The rain started to become more of a drizzle and I ended the day landing 14 trout, almost all in the 12" range.
