Notes
I rigged up a big heavy golden stone fly nymph, with a small midge behind.
I caught the first fish within the first 10 casts - fishing a downstream presentation about 4' deep. Foul-hooked him by his top fin - great fight - no wonder he felt like a bigger fish.
The biggest fish really wanted that stonefly - the head of the #6 hook was deep in mouth.
