Notes
A decent day. We caught probably 10-15 bass. However we explored the southwest bays and didn't have much luck. Fish still appear to be in pre-spawn or are all haning out in about 4+ feet of water. Yamamoto Hula Grubs appear to be a fan favorite at this lake. Shallow diving crankbaits should kill also. I lost a Rapala DT4 bluegill on its first ever cast as I set the hook. According to Stan the fishing today (5/19) has improved since Sunday. Got a large Pike out in front of Randy's place at about 5 pm on a Rapala DT 6.
Stan had a decent day, but was having a hard time setting the hook as he lost probably 6+ fish right next to the boat.
