Notes

What can I say? I had a wonderful time fishing with my son Jacob and grandchildren Haley and Aiden. This has been a trip long time in the planning. I was suppose to be in Florida one year earlier and had to change plans because Jacob was called to duty. Finally, the trip happen and my first fishing trip in Florida is now in the past.

It took us some time to find the right spot. Once we settled in and started to catch crappie the action was steady. A total of nine crappie, two catfish, one bluegill, and a very small Floida bass in a very brief time period. It was a lot of fun watching the gars work the top of the water. Fishing in Florida was everything I figured it would be.

In addition to the fish, I saw Black Vultures, a Crested Caracara, and a snake. Doesn't matter what kind of a snake. A snake is a snake.

Thank you Jacob for a wonderful memory!
