Notes

The LJ was low and slow and the water temperature was 68 degrees. I didn't catch a brown trout smaller than about 10 inches long and I caught 4 trout in the 15-16 inch range. Three big brownies, and one rainbow that was 15 inches. It was the only rainbow of the morning. I caught 4 smallmouth bass, two were mini-bass and one was a nice bass about 11-12 inches long. Forgot to take my rain gear, so I got a bit damp and quit after about 2.5 hours of fishing. This section might be a good section to fish in the Fall.
