Notes
Saw MY first spawners of this season. Probably started last wee (not before that though). Giant female 20" and large male 17". Caught male by repeatedly throwing Mizmo Tri-Lam tube past bed and reeling it into bed. Neither fish took dropping Dinger AT all. Dropping tube did not work at all. Only dragging tube into bed and shaking it there worked. After I caught and released the healthy male, I got the female to mouth tube but I decided to leave her alone and not pursue. I don't think its sportsman-like to fish bedding bass anymore. I felt bad after I thought about it.
