Notes
This is a warm waer discharge area of the Potomac. Water temps were 40-45, with minimal warm water dischage.
All 3 bass caught in eddy area behind point from small stream entrance at bank, in 2-2.5' of water. Fish were caught throughout day, as they cruised into area feeding.
All caught dragging the Winco delight with slow drag on bottom.
This was 4th day of warming spell.
